Reality and fiction, clearly marked. Evidence sections describe the sources; game sections describe authored characters and events. Source-checked does not mean reviewed by a clinician or theologian.

RESEARCH NOTES
01 Scope and evidence status
This limited comparison retains one publisher’s hostile, exclusionary public expression toward a community with documented political-neutrality teaching. It does not establish practical exclusion, violence or a universal Islamic position.
Five other directional categories remain unestablished. Historical allegations are attributed and rejected as factual descriptions; the full comparison is incomplete.

02 Actors, political abstention and overlapping identities
Non-Political here means deliberate political disengagement. Quietist labels, nonpartisan advocacy, pacifism, low turnout and religious identity alone do not establish it. Religious and political stances can overlap within a person or community.
Islamweb describes an Islamic educational and missionary purpose. Its Fatwa Center describes a specialist committee preparing, checking and approving published answers. This supports publisher attribution, not proof of a particular individual’s authorship or historical approval. [2] [3]
A November 1, 2002 Witness article explicitly describes neutrality in national political affairs and not taking political sides. This establishes dated institutional teaching before the ruling’s displayed date, not identical behavior by every member. [4]
REAL-WORLD · EVIDENCE
03 1. Islam → Non-Political — Harmful / exclusionary public expression
An Islamweb ruling numbered 58746, displaying the date February 15, 2012, directs readers not to deal with Jehovah’s Witnesses and accompanies that direction with hostile conspiracy allegations and antisemitic stereotypes. Those allegations are not adopted as facts. A Witness article dated November 1, 2002 separately describes institutional political-neutrality teaching. [1] [4]
This is retained narrowly as one Islamic publication’s exclusionary public expression toward a community with an expressly stated non-political stance. The ruling does not identify that stance as its motive. Neither source establishes uniform member behavior, implemented exclusion, violence or measured effects.
The classification concerns the directive against dealings and its hostile stereotyping, rather than theological disagreement alone. It is not a conclusion about all Muslim people, institutions or interpretations.

09 Provenance, rejected leads and remaining gaps
The displayed 2012 date is host metadata. No independent first-publication history, original-language comparison or English-translation date was authenticated. Attribute the statement to Islamweb’s hosted ruling. No individual author is named in the inspected answer. [1]
The Fatwa Center’s described committee process is institutional self-report, not proof that a named chair approved this answer or held that role in 2012. No governmental responsibility or universal Islamic authority is inferred. The host’s claim of moderation is not adopted as an assessment of this ruling. [2] [3]
The source’s conspiracy allegations and antisemitic stereotypes are unsupported here and rejected as factual descriptions of Witnesses or Jewish people. They are evidence of the publication’s expression, not evidence that the allegations are true.
The 2002 article supplies the recipient’s stated teaching, not independent verification of universal conduct, its retrospective historical claims or supernatural beliefs. Category fit is distinct from the reason for hostility. No reciprocal case is inferred. [4]
Earlier quietist typologies and mosque-participation studies remain context in the canonical record. Tablighi Jamaat’s claimed apolitical stance is contested in the inspected scholarly abstract; the full article was inaccessible. The proposed Saudi directive was not inspected in its original form. Neither lead is promoted here.
HOLY WARS · FICTION
10 What this means for Holy Wars
A particular publisher’s expression can inform individual fictional choices without assigning collective guilt, universal hostility, moral scores or gameplay modifiers to identities. No new mechanic is adopted.
